Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney

Stan is a registered Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney with strong engineering background. He holds Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and possesses extended industry experience obtained prior to entering patent services area: six years in designing combat control systems; four years in managing R&D and production of complex telecom equipment; four years in managing new product introduction projects for terminal products and communication network equipment; one plus year in managing large-scale telecom SW/HW deployment projects, one plus year in consulting providers of smart house solutions.

In addition to holding the engineering degree, Stan is a certified translator of English. He is an expert member of the Union of Translators of Russia, and a member of the National League of Translators, Russia.

Currently Stan runs a private patent practice under Delta Patent ® brand. His office is located in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Earlier he used to work for a top-five Russian patent law firm as a patent expert.

In view of patent matters, the most relevant fields of his engineering expertise are electronics, telecoms, control systems, and information technologies. He is also good in mechanics, robotics, aviation/space, navy/submarine, armaments and defense technology, automotive, oil/gas, common chemistry, pharma/medicine, and nuclear industry.
